Inspirativ web development policy General Information This policy shortly describes our principles of web development. In our opinion these principles are the basis of successful implementation of projects. 1. Estimation Proper project estimation includes several steps: 1. Make up project specification (requirements) 2. Break the specification down into many smaller tasks 3. Figure the amount of time each task will take 4. Figure out the price and total development time Usually the main problem for clients is developing project specification. If the project is not big or quite standard we develop specification for free and estimate it. If specification requires more than 2-3 hours of work we charge for it. Total development time usually includes time for testing and some details revision. 2. Development Key elements of competent development process are: 1. Developing according to milestones defined in the development plan. 2. Easy communication process which helps to avoid possible delays. We are available by e-mail, Yahoo IM, MSN, Skype and phone and we prefer our clients to be available for quick communication too. 3. Payment We don't require any payment in advance, but prefer payment to be released in several stages to avoid possible risks for both parties.
