Attractionsreporter is an online service, which makes process of discovering and booking of attractions more human and personal. Users have the option of whatching a short clip of what to expect from the attraction, and book it in a hassle free way.
Attractionsreporter is also a B2B platform in tourism industry. Various tourist and attraction suppliers can register in the system, sell tickets online both through the website and through custom booking pages, manage their bookings, offers, prices, etc.
Website is multilingual and currently available in English and Spanish versions with possibility of adding more language versions in the future.
Website’s structure consists of destinations, categories and subcategories (for example Tenerife -> Whale whatching -> Small Boats). For now only Tenerife is available as destination and administrators can easily add new destinations in custom website management system, which was made specially for Attractionsreporter.

On the left users can see various categories and subcategories about all sorts of attractions for Tenerife. Each subcategory page has detailed description wit video and booking form with offers from different suppliers. Booking process consists of 2–4 simple steps depending on ticket types.
Main features of the administration panel:
Homepage/Destinations/Categories/Subcategories and suppliers management. Website administration panel has all needed tools to edit content, upload videos, images and manage SEO settings.
Products management. In terms of the project Product means some attraction, for example “2 hour boat trip” or “Park visit” are different products. There are different product types depending on the activity, some have exact time for ticket and some have no exact time (visiting a park for example).
Events management. Users can manage events for event-type roducts. For example one can setup event for "2 hour boat trip" product, which will be on Monday and Friday at 11am, 15pm and 19pm for next three months. As soon as events, tickets and prices are entered, information appears in the booking system on front-end for potential customers.
Ticket types management and pricing. Users can setup different tickets (adult, family, child, etc), prices for tickets, define discount rules.
Open tickets. Open tickets are created for open-type products. For example "visit to Park" is an open-type product. One can buy ticket to the park on AttractionsReporter.com and use it one time within next year. Each open ticket has a secret code, which has to be entered in AR booking system when visiting park.
Booking URLs. Suppliers can create their custom booking pages and provide options for booking outside Attractionsreporter.com, this is example of the booking page: http://attractionsreporter.com/b-eden. Supplier can simply put a link to Booking page on their website and payment for bookings will go directly to supplier's account.
Bookings management. Attractionsreporter.com has all needed back-end functionality to review detilals of bookings, change booking status, register payments, etc.
Agents and promo codes. Administrators can add agents and promo codes in the administration system. When clients use promo codes agent also receives notification about the booking.
